  • Perform each movement 5 - 10 times (4-8 min duration), we prefer 10 per side
  • Focus on when to inhale and exhale based on opening vs closing of the body
  • Do not force the stretch, let it flow
  • For best results, perform 4-7 days per week
  • Best to perform before exercise, work, or manual labor
  • Best to perform when fully hydrated
